Attorney Darla K. Snead Dulin is a Polk County Florida native and focuses her family law and personal injury practice in the Central Florida area. Ms. Snead Dulin is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and a Florida Arbitrator. She has been practicing law for over 25 years and has experience representing clients in many different areas of the law including family law, divorce, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and personal injury. Ms. Snead started Darla K. Snead, P.L. in 2009 after leaving a law firm in Lakeland, Florida where she was a partner in a firm practicing on the defense side of personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Using the valuable experience Ms. Snead Dulin gained on the defense side, she currently represents individuals who have been injured in auto accidents, motorcycle accidents or trucking accidents, as well as family members who have had a loved one die in an auto accident. Ms. Snead Dulin also represents clients in the area of family law, including divorce, paternity, child support, and timesharing issues, as well as modifications of final judgments. Ms. Snead has represented clients in over 100 trials and over 1,000 mediations.
Ms. Snead Dulin graduated from Western Michigan Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. She began her career as an Assistant State Attorney at the State Attorney’s Office in Bartow, Florida. After obtaining her license to practice law in the State of Illinois, she practiced law in the Chicago area in the areas of criminal law, family law, and medical malpractice defense before returning to the Lakeland, Florida area.
