Darla K. Snead has been practicing law for more than 20 years and is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Illinois.  In 2009, she opened Darla K. Snead, P.L. as a solo practice focusing on Divorce and Family law,  Criminal Defense, and various other legal matters such as wills and forming Limited liability companies.  By 2010, she narrowed her focus to mainly Criminal Defefnse and Divorce and Family law cases.

Prior to opening Darla K. Snead, P.L., Darla was a partner in an  Insurance Defense law firm in Lakeland, Florida where she worked for six years representing clients in Personal injury and auto accident litigation.  During that time, attorney Snead negotiated settlements and represented clients in automobile accident trials.

Darla practiced law in Chicago, Illinois for several years while working in a Medical Malpractice liltigation law firm as as well a  position as an Assistant State Attorney in Chicago.  Other legal experience during her career includes working three years as an Assistant State Attorney in Polk County Florida.
